Civil Engineering Science and Technology (CEST) is a fully Open Access, peer-reviewed scientific journal committed to the unrestricted dissemination of high-quality research in civil engineering and related disciplines. The journal believes that free and immediate access to scholarly knowledge promotes scientific advancement, encourages innovation, and supports the global exchange of research findings.

All articles published in CEST are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication. Readers may access, read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full text of published articles without subscription fees or access restrictions, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and the journal.

CEST does not charge readers or institutions for accessing published content. All published articles are openly available to researchers, educators, practitioners, policymakers, students, and the general public worldwide.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

To support sustainable Open Access publishing, CEST may apply an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts.

Editorial decisions are made independently of the authors' ability to pay publication fees. Acceptance is based solely on the scientific quality, originality, methodological rigor, and relevance of the submitted manuscript.
